NFL Fantasy 2021: Top 3 TE sleeper candidates
Honorable mentions: Cole Kmet – Chicago Bears, Dallas Goedert – Philadelphia Eagles
3. Noah Fant – Denver Broncos
Noah Fan already showed previews of big play last season. He’s taller and stronger than most of his defensive missions, and he’s a solid road racer as well. But the best part is that he will no longer have Drew the lock under the center.
Besides a slight upgrade to the quarterback in Bridgewater Teddy Bear, the Denver Broncos now have more weapons at their disposal. This will allow Fant to make the most of the lags and become a sneaky option at TE.
2. Kyle Pitts – Atlanta Falcons
May be Kyle pitts is not your typical sleeper because of his fame. Then again, taking a TE rookie in the first two rounds is a huge reach, so we would expect it to fall into most league tables out of caution.
Pitts is a physical specimen. He is fast, strong and one of the most athletic players in the league. Matt ryan is still one of the best quarterbacks in the league for fantasy purposes and he will be an ongoing threat in the red zone.
1. Anthony Firkser – Tennessee Titans
The Titans of Tennessee boast of one of the most explosive offenses in the league and it will only be more evident with Julio Jones stand in line in front AJ Brown. Here again, we believe that Anthony Firkser will also get a fair share of touches.
Jonnu Smith left the team to join the New England Patriots and Ryan tannehill has always known how to make the most of its TEs. Firkser will have virtually no competition as the team’s tight end to capture passes in a high octane offense.
