MARINE

Kearney & Co. PC, Alexandria, Va. (N00189-22-D-Z014); KPMG LLP, McLean, Virginia (N00189-22-D-Z015); Sehlke Consulting, Vienna, Virginia (N00189-22-D-Z016); Deloitte & Touche LLP, Arlington, Virginia (N00189-22-D-Z017); and Guidehouse Inc., Falls Church, Virginia (N00189-22-D-Z018), are awarded a firm fixed price contract estimated at $999,620,355, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Multi-Award Contract which will include the terms and terms for the placement of firm fixed price and cost-plus-lump sum work orders to provide services in the areas of financial reporting, accounting operations, standardization of business processes and various services related to the audit in support of the Navy Department of Finance Audit Improvement and Remediation Program. Each contract will run concurrently and will include a base order period of 60 months with no options. The ordering period will begin in April 2022 and is expected to be completed by April 2027. Work will be performed in the National Capital Region (75%); various facilities in the continental United States identified at the task order level (23%); and various locations outside of the continental United States (2%) which cannot be determined at this time. FY2022 Operations and Maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $250,000 will be committed ($50,000 on each of the five contracts) to fund the minimum contract amount, and the funds will expire at the end of the exercise. Individual Task Orders will subsequently be funded with the appropriate appropriations for the fiscal year at the time of issuance. This contract was a full and open competitive solicitation for the award of multiple contracts pursuant to the authority set forth in Federal Defense Procurement Regulation 16.504. The requirement was solicited through Navy Electronic Commerce Online and beta.sam.gov, with six bids received. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Woodland Hills, CA, is awarded a Firm Price Amendment of $37,989,562 (P00006) for a previously awarded Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract (N0001919D0025). This amendment increases the contract cap to acquire an additional 173 Tech Refresh Mission Computers (TRMCs) and 173 additional TRMC trays in support of the Army’s domestically produced UH-60V aircraft. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah (80%); and Woodland Hills, California (20%), and is expected to be completed in December 2023. DRS Naval Power Systems Inc., Menomonee Falls, Wis., Awarded $24,459,520 Contract at Cost Plus Incentives to Design, Mitigate, Build, Test, and Deliver an Energy Magazine onboard multi-application, first initial production low flow unit. The Energy Magazine is a common, modular, and scalable family of power conversion modules with a tightly coupled energy storage subsystem used in multiple mission systems, including high-power pulsed weapons and sensors as well uninterruptible power supply (UPS) capability. The Energy Magazine is intended to provide mission-adaptable flexibility for future and existing ship classes and weapon systems. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of the contract to $72,761,558. Work will be performed in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin (90%); and Joplin, Missouri (10%), and is expected to be completed by April 2027. Research development test and evaluation for fiscal year 2021 (Navy) in the amount of $75,000 will be incurred upon of the grant and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was tendered using full and open competitive procedures, with proposals solicited through the beta.sam.gov website, with four bids received. AVIATION

ARCTOS Technology Solutions LLC, Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded a $62,988,840 Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract that will provide the framework needed to advance structural materials technologies in a rapid and responsive manner, through a flexible data analysis and visualization framework to identify and bridge gaps between emerging Air Force/Space Force requirements and industrial base capabilities. The work will be performed in Dayton, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2028. This price is the result of a competitive acquisition. Air Force research and development funds for fiscal years 2021 and 2022 in the amount of $524,346 and $350,000, respectively, will be committed at the time of award. A-Tech LLC, Albuquerque, New Mexico, has been awarded a cost-plus-fixed contract of $10,844,098 for flight terminals and an optical laser communications ground station to demonstrate in-orbit processing of the Satellite Positioning and Timing Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by January 24, 2025. This price is the result of a competitive acquisition and an offer has been received. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $10,844,098 are committed at grant. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Augusta-Richmond County, Augusta, Georgia, has been awarded a maximum amendment of $16,353,792 (P00093) for a 50-year contract (SP0600-07-C-8259) with no option period, incorporating an annual economic price adjustment for the ownership, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems in Fort Gordon, Georgia.
